According to data, Japan's exports of cold rolled (CR) wide strips totaled 234,104 tons in October, falling by 4.5% from a month ago and decreasing by 2.8% year on year
The export prices of CR wide strips averaged at US$749.1/ton, up by 3.7% from the previous month but down by 1.7% year on year.
Among them, 75,294 tons were exported to China, rising by 7.5% from the previous month; 5,143 tons were to Taiwan, up by 0.6% and 3,462 tons were to Korea, decreasing by 13.1%, all compared to the figures in the same month of 2013.
